He is very patient and loving he listens to the pet owner to hear for the symptoms that your pet has not just come let me take your money. the only down fall at times is the fact that they do not take appointment, not saying this is a bad thing due to those of us who work wired hours this works out perfectly. Dr Cruzer saved my Dog jeffrey. Jeffrey let me know That he still has a lot of pain in his hips. I am crushed I don't have The money now to bring him back.

I would not trust my dog with any other vet in the world. Dr. Cruser saved my dog by diagnosing pyometra in time to save her life. I owe everything to him for taking such great care of her. He is professional, compassionate, and best of all powerfully intelligent. Like I said, I would not entrust my pet family member with any other vet.

.Dr. Cruser the first time we got stuck with him on an appt because the other vet Stork was not available was the last we refused to see him again - he gave booster shots to our dogs he made them cry - good vets who care about animals... the dogs never cry or even act like they are getting a shot! Also Cruser acts very arrogant - who needs that!

More importantly Stork we thought he was good but he is a prescription drug - pusher - $$$ out of your pocket and he murdered 2 of our dogs with allergy shots that made them extremely ill and within a couple of weeks killed both of them!

We loved our dogs like our own children - and we suffered and still suffer the loss which they could care less about!

Additionally... they keep bankers hours and their main receptionist is snotty acts like she is doing you a favor to speak to you!
