Scott and I have taken our dogs to Dr. Pipes since 1991. He is efficient and very caring. There are other clinics closer to us, but we love the attention our pets receive.

I hit a small dog on the way to work and do not have a vet so I took him to Country Brook. Dr. Pipes was extremely nice, understood he wasn't my animal. The dog was in shock and had a concussion, I left the dog on Monday morning and Dr. Pipes left me a message and I didn't know I didn't need to go by that evening, so I went by Monday evening to check on him. Dr. Pipes said he would let me know something the next day. Dr. Pipes left me two messages on Tuesday to let me know it appeared the dog would be fine and called me at 8:30 pm to speak with me regarding the dog. He stated if I wasn't interested in adopting the animal, they would turn over to Garland Animal Control and bill me. He treated the dog and kept him from Monday until Wednesday and only charged me $64.00. I must say I was quite shocked as I expected some absorb anent bill and to only be billed $64.00 was a pleasant surprise.
