Having a dispute right now, have an elderly dog needing dental work, there policy is she spend the night, she has had dental work before and never been required to spend night before, different Vet. 150.00 deposit required and I canceled proceed your today for tomorrow, check in appointment was today, and have been told my deposit is non refundable
