R. Arch Gordon was absolutely incredible with my cat of 18 years. She was going downhill fast. His staff was also amazing! For such a devastating experience, I felt so comforted and the attention to detail was over the top, impressive.
I now have a dog, and Dr. Gordon is always wonderful with her! The office is a family, and I appreciate each and every one of them!!

Dr. Gordon and his staff were very helpful in getting an appointment quickly and resolved my dog's medical situation the same day. Nice office and very attentive staff. Dr. Gordon took the time to explain all the issues with my dog and even followed up over the weekend to check on his progress. Will definietly recommend him!

Mr. Gordon was not polite at all. He lost he temper with my dog, and told ME to control his ass! Very unprofessional to say the least.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. Mr. Gordon acted as if I was wasting his time. He kept talking and would not allow me to ask any questions. Very RUDE! He acts like he just doesn't need your business. Fine, I'll take it elsewhere!

They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous. I didn’t appreciate that they rushed through my pet’s appointment, and didn’t do a very thorough job. I was nervous that they would make a mistake because they were rushing. Every time I would start talking about my circumstances, they would argue with me or get mad. I was scared to say anything because I didn't want to make them upset. They were definitely the rudest veterinarian clinic I've ever experienced. I couldn't believe they could get away with treating people like that. I really don't like how difficult it is to get an appointment with them. I'm worried if my pet needs to be seen right away, they'll be too busy. Dr. Gordon was extremely rude to me as well as his staff. Every time I tried to ask a simply question regarding my cats lose of hair he kept interrupting me. He then tells me "I'm the Veterinarian here, not you" so why don't you try shutting up and listening instead of talking". I was completely taken aback by his conduct. VERY unprofessional. I was simply trying to ask what was causing the hair lose of my 2 year old cat and he could not give me a direct answer. He said it could be a number of things in a loud and arrogant manner, and then sells me a prescription for $150.00 and walks out of the room shaking his head. Look story short, this did not solve the problem. So he then suggest MORE blood work and x-rays for another 375.00. What ever he did made my cat WORSE! At this point I left this God forsaken place and went to another vet. who gave my cat the proper treatment. He said she had small case of mange and gave her a dip and the PROPER anti-biotic and she was perfectly fine 1 week later for 125.00.

Dr. Gordon and his staff are rude money hungry people in my opinion, and will tell you anything to get your money. They do not care about pets, only money. STAY AWAY!!
