Failed to diagnose my cat's kidney stone for 8 days. He was starved, neglected, soaked in urine and lost 6 pounds. When they noticed the stone, they were going on vacation for 2 weeks and simply NOT THERE to remove the stone. Had she examined him properly, she would have found the stone and had a week to remove it before her 2 week vacation. Now they are so nasty with me. My cat suffered in cages for 17 days. They now refuse to care for him AS IF I did something wrong. If I didn't go get him, he would have died in there. He's still sick and I don't know what to do. Just because it's low cost doesn't mean we shouldn't expect quality, caring care. I'm just devastated.

No, they didn't wear any cologne

Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

I had to wait for a little while.
