I THOROUGHLY ENJOY VIDYA'S CLASS. I FEEL SHE STRETCHES EVERY MUSCLE IN MY BODY

AND HELPS WORK EACH AND EVERY AREA TO GIVE ME MORE FLEXIBILITY AND BALANCE.

SHE GIVES EACH PERSON HER ATTENTION . SHE IS A VERY GOOD TEACHER AND I WOULD

I have been to only one other studio for yoga class besides Vidya's over a period of 6 years. I tried this other place one time and will never go back. It as so different than what I was used to with Vidya. They dont do what she does, motivate, inspire and challenge. This is the only place for me!!!

The locations is close and convenient and there are many times of the week I can choose from.

Vidya is an enthusiastic instructor who is very knowledgeable about yoga. She tailors the class for all levels so that everyone is challenged. At the same time, she doesn't push people beyond their individual abilities and shows alternate postures to compensate individual capability. It was my first yoga class so I don't have any comparison to make. However, it certainly was an introduction that inspired me to continue with yoga.
