In a time when many doctors are just trying to get patients in and out of their offices quickly, Dr. Strasser always takes the time to speak to me and ask me about all my concerns. He addresses every one, even taking the time to explain why I have a certain pain and what I can do to prevent it in the future.
In addition, I have never encountered an office manager as caring, efficient, and compassionate as Kate. She is part of the reason that I go there. I never have to wait for an appointment, or wait too long in the waiting room. They even have great magazines!
