They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. It's always nice to have comfortable chairs to sit in while you are waiting to visit the chiropractor. I appreciate the fact that they invested in comfy chairs. Also they offer snacks, play room, etc. which set s the tone for "me time" and facilitates relaxation from a crazy day.

Absolutely not! All my questions about my X-Rays were ignored

Yes, it was almost unbearable

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I didn't mind that they didn't offer on-site X-Rays, because they gave me directions to a lab that was five minutes away where I could get them. I was glad I didn't have to drive very far to get them done. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
