Dr Deshpanda and Dr. Henry have always been wonderful , there staff really work hard at getting u in asap. They have really helped me with decisions about my pain alternatives. Dr Deshpanda is my favorite he knows my body and I have faith in him and trust him. It's really hard to find that kind of Dr and patient relationship. They all get 5 stars from me.

Dr. Henry does not listen to anything you say, he also bills a 10 minute visit to your insurance company as a 45-60 minute visit. FRAUD!
He decides what your treatment is going to be before he even reads your chart, asks you questions, and pretends to listen and care about what you say. Always acts like you're wasting his time.
Never again will I waste my time. I am going to cancel my next appointment!

For years I had gone to several Doctors trying to find help with Pain in my Neck/Spine area. All I was ever told "can't find anything" and/or "you only THINK you have pain" (so it must be in all in my head as in a hypochondriac). After a while I started to believe this was true. I was in a great deal of pain and was hardly able to function, not only with my Job, but my Day-to-Day life. I finally couldn't even work anymore. I then found a great Primary Doctor and requested that he refer me to someone (that he respected) that could and would, tell me one way or the other. I was referred to Dr. Deshpande's Practice, (ORTHOPAEDIC & SPINE CENTER). After several tests (X-rays,MRI's,Prior Testing Information, etc.) he did find that I WAS in Pain, for a reason. Together we found a treatment that works for me and has highly improved my normal Quality of Life. Dr. Deshpande has treated me with nothing but respect and never as a hypochondriac. Everyone in his Practice (Drs,Office Staff,Acct Staff, etc) has been great to work with and again has treated me with respect. This Practice continues to monitor my Treatment and Status. I also know, that I can contact this Office any time, if I have questions or concerns that needed an answer. I HAVE and will continue to refer anyone to this Practice.

They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. The treatment method was explained to me before the adjustment was performed. I appreciated the fact that I was prepared for my treatment.

Dr. Henry is a capable physician. His staff however, is less than capable. I understand being busy and have accepted that all Dr's offices these days are. When it takes nine days to receive a call back from a nurse, there is a problem. I found out that Fridays they leave the office at 3pm whether or not all patients have received a call back. Some days they decide not to answer the phone at all (this past Monday). I was told by a nurse on Friday that someone would call me on Monday to help me with my issue that I had called about since Tuesday and no one answered or called me back. Their nurses are rude. If you are on pain medication and believe that you still deserve respect as a person, don't go to this practice. Their "support staff" is nonexistent.
