Their staff was friendly enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. The problem is with the way the office billed my insurance company. I had to pay more out of my pocket than I do at any other chiropractor due to the way they submitted the claim. Very disappointed!!! This is suppose to be a doctor in a small town but is ripping off the clients pocket.

It was so nice to have a chiropractor willing to come to a small town! Really saves on miles! Dr. Murzyn is very friendly, and competent, plus the different office options give you opportunity to get seen when and where you need to.
