Was not able to be seen. Was told that I must use insurance (yet the doctor himself previously told me that they accept self payment). Females at the front desk were rude and unprofessional. Doctor never bothered to come out and apologize.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
