Not at all! They always respect my decisions.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

AWFUL! STAY AWAY, save your time and money.

The massage therapist needs to be retrained. She chewed gum during the entire session. Applied too much pressure even though I told her about every 40 seconds that her pressure was painful. She didn't know how to treat injured muscles. She basically used one stroke.

In addition, she kept giving me dietary advice - which is outside of her scope of practice. She knew absolutely nothing about my health, yet kept of insisting on telling me what I should eat.

Normally I would be upset that my massage session ended early. This time it was the best thing about the massage session.

I pity the people she works on a regular basis. I suspect she does more harm then good..

Not really, but I found a spot

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

Yes

No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.

Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was!

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
