My experience at Fontana Family Chiropractic was exceptional. I have referred my friends and family and they too have had their expectations exceeded.

This company had a booth at the local county fair advertising $25.00 donation per person for a visit, which went towards their "testing" and treatment. Under these pretenses an appointment was made for my son on 9-8-14. After an hour wait to be seen, my son is finally called back. We meet Dr. Bria and review the patient history. This is when I am informed that the ADD medication my son takes, chiropractic care could eliminate the need for. Test are then ran, which again is suppose to be the $25.00 donation or so I thought. After these tests one would assume an adjustment would have been done. This however, was not the case. I was then instructed a second appt would be necessary to review the results and then go over the suggested treatment plan. Two days later after reviewing said results I am informed that they do not participate with his insurance and the suggested treatment plan to make my son better would be 3 visits per week for 6 weeks and then 2 visits per week for 6 weeks. If this is not ridiculous enough I am informed the required treatment plan would cost me $300.00 a month for 1yr. Not only is this absolutely absurd, it is excessive, not necessary for treatment, gouging the public to line his pocket, dishonest and UNETHICAL. I then request to pay per visit. Dr. Bria informs me he does not allow "patients" to pay per visit. That it would put his reputation in jeopardy and my son's health. At this point I ended the visit and left. Imagine my surprise to receive a bill for 195.00 two days later. No treatment was EVER received. Nor was I ever informed any testing would cost me anything other than my $25.00 "donation". Would I have been told this I was not informed one time these x-rays would be at my cost, otherwise I WOULD NOT have allowed them to be done, especially without an adjustment being done. Again EXTREMELY dishonest. Not once was this office UPFRONT about anything. Dr. Bria is over charging patients and their insurance companies for unnecessary REQUIRED treatments.
