I bought a groupon for 3 massages and sadly never got a chance to use them. The office staff including the manager are not only rude but extremely unprofessional. It takes up to 3-4 weeks to get an appointment. I explained to them my situation, how I was in and out of hospitals and having to book so far out in advance was an inconvenience to me because I kept having to reschedule. On two different occasions I missed my appointment because of these inconveniences in my life and simply forgetting. When I called I was told i was no-show, however never did I get a phone call confirming my appointment or even asking if I was going to make it to my appointment. I was told it was my job to remember and to put a reminder on my phone. Not only was this her response but she also said it with a snarky tone. I'm in and out of doctors offices on a weekly basis and they all call to confirm and if I'm running 5 minutes late some of them call to see if everything is ok. All that wouldn't bother me as much if they were a little more professional. They made it seem like they were giving me free massages like if I wasn't a paying customer. Again, on another occasion I called to say I was running 5 minutes late because of all the road work going on and I'm told it will cut into my time because their is paper work that needs to be done. Will the the paper work cut into my time as well? Is it really an hour massage? I'm lost. It saddens me I had to let this deal go but the hassle of trying to schedule an appointment and dealing with rude and unprofessionall of staff just wasn't worth it. I worked at doctor's office for many years before my illness and I never treated any patients in that manor. I also called them to confirm their appoinments every night. After all, the patients are what keep an office running.

Dr. Ermann is wonderful. Absolutely wonderful. He is attentive, knowledgeable and compassionate. Here is my story. I recently injured my back. After having seen my primary MD I was referred to an orthopedist. I waited forever to see the orthopedist who gave me pills and sent me for PT. Neither the orthopedist nor the PT gave me the time to explain my problem and neither seemed to really care. My pain was so bad that I could not work and needed my mother to move in to watch my kids. I endured 3 weeks of severe pain prior to being told of Ermann by a neighbor. I had never been to chiropractor so I was bit apprehensive. Nonetheless, I was in so much pain I needed to try anything. Dr. Ermann listened carefully and created a treatment plan that was effective from the get-go. I began improving from the first visit and my entire problem was resolved in a week or so. Ermann's office has everything in one place...chiropractic, physical therapists, acupuncturists, and massage therapists. The office even has a very large gym area with custom equipment for back strengthening complete with a personal trainer to watch over you when you are doing exercises. Dr. Ermann works directly with you and cares that you get well. I strongly recommend him.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they were very good. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all & they offer the best pricing I've ever seen $30 for a 50 minute massage. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. The waiting room here is spacious enough. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I bought a 3 pk massage groupon package & it was well worth the money. I was seen by 2 different massage therapists & both were good. I will definitely be returning to their office soon. Most affordable massage anywhere even with the over 20% tip that I paid them!!

Dr. Ermann is the most attentive doctor I have ever been treated by. His office staff is pleasant and professional. The waiting room is inviting and well appointed. Dr. Ermann was attentive as he listened to my complaint of neck and shoulder pain. He gave me a thorough examination. While in the process of examining me he had his staff obtain all prior records, testing, and x-rays. He sat with me for over 40 minutes explaining exactly what was wrong and what was necessary in order to fix it. He brought in his acupuncturist and physical therapist and we created a treatment plan. The treatment went exactly as he anticipated and my problem was resolved within a few visits. I am so happy I was referred to him and I encourage everyone who has any kind of injury or medical condition to see Dr. Ermann first!

I had been referred to Dr. Ermann for an old knee injury that never healed. I had been to countless orthopedists and physical therapists through the years without success. My endless quest for relief eventually led to the "most recent" orthopedist insisting on surgery. Out of desperation I sought out recommendations from everyone I knew and Dr. Ermann's name kept coming up! After the first visit with Dr. Ermann my spirits were raised and I finally had hope. Within a few more visits my pain was dissipating for the first time in years. Soon my knee was as good as new. It was like a miracle. I have referred many, colleagues, friends, relatives and family members to Dr. Ermann for problems with their backs, necks, shoulders and knees. all have been very very pleased. I strongly recommend Dr. Ermann

I recently saw Dr. Ermann for the first time. His office was well equipped and his staff were all nothing but professional. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were so kind and attentive to me. I had a back issue for a number of years and no doctors that I had previously visited were able to help me. After six treatment sessions my problem was resolved. I would recommend Dr. Ermann to everyone.
