The office has significant administrative problems. My first appointment was not put on the schedule. When I arrived they eventually acknowledged after initially denying and told me the forms from their website I had spent half an hour completing website were incorrect. There were more, longer forms they should have sent me (but did not) that they said I needed to complete. When I arrived for my second appointment I was told it had been canceled. This is no way to run a practice.
