Dr. Jim is amazing! I have been to at least 6 others, and no one does it like Dr. Jim! Totally hands on and instant releif!

I have been seeing Dr. D'Aquila on and off for over 10 years. Normally I schedule a maintenance check every 6 weeks even though Dr. D'Aquila feels I can go for at least3 months without a checkup. From too much sitting I always develop a tightness in my back, and without advising Dr. D'Aquila with any specific location of tightness he always finds the exact spot. I always feel better after a session. I highly recommend Dr. D'Aquila.

I've been going to Dr. Jim for several years now. He is a great diagnostician. He knows exactly why I am in pain! Sometimes just by the way I walked into his office. I've frequently been welcomed into his office on a moments notice. If I am in pain, I have no second thoughts about who I want to get me "right" again! Jim and his wife Pam are real, nice people, and they are very concerned, and attentive to my needs.... as well as my family's needs. I've never had any issues or negative experiences. And I don't expect any, ever!

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

If I could have given no stars I would have done so. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. Dr. D'Aquila seemed to pay absolutely no attention to anything I was saying during my entire appointment. He did not ask for my medical history, how or when I had hurt my back, or any personal questions whatsoever. His methods were erratic and he was very over the top. It seemed like he was trying to get the appointment over and done with as fast as possible. After my rushed 5-7 minute "assessment" he put me in another room, handed me an ice-pack (more to come on said icepack later) and essentially forgot about me. I did not see him again. After quite some time the receptionist came in and told me I was done. She told me "Dr. Aquila would like to see you for a follow up." which was obviously her standard script as my 2nd room was right outside the reception area and she and the Dr. did not speak at all.

They even charged me $5.00 for an ice-pack on top of my co-pay. Again, hands down one of the worst experiences with a doctor I've ever had. If you're looking for a good, attentive chiropractor, keep looking.
