The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They make an extra effort to communicate with their patients, and even updated me every time I visited about where I was at in the recovery process and how much progress I had made. It was encouraging to know how much recovery I was making at each appointment. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Dr. Burtis has helped me recover many times throughout the years from work injuries and car accidents. I wouldn't be able to move as well as I do without the great care. And he's not afraid to refer you to some place else fore a different type of care, such as physical therapy, if he's not able to cure you alone. And all the staff are great and very helpful too.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They did not pressure me at all to return. They gave me the information I needed and left the choice up to me. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. This chiropractor has never misdiagnosed me. They always are able to find the source of my pain.
