It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They talked about my X-Rays with me thoroughly to make sure I knew everything about my condition and about my treatment options. They definitely care about their patients.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office?
Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
Does this provider remember you by name?
Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!
Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne?
Not at all, their cologne smelled great
