I was disappointed when I called Dr. Demetree (who I have been a patient of for many years) for treatment regarding very painful back spasms. I rate Dr. Demetree very highly for both his treatment and his kindness. However, when I called for an appointment, I was told that I could not get treatment without a two day process. First day for consultation, then treatment another day. Unfortunately, this is an emergency condition and I can't jump through hoops to get treatment. It seems as though when businesses grow, they become less personal and more about the business.
