My experience with this center has been really positive. I was able to quit smoking and manage stress effectively in a relatively short time, using simple techniques. My blood pressure is going down as a result of this stress management training.

I felt that my needs were addressed personally but in a professional manner.

I would recommend this Center to anyone!
