Waiting over a year for a call back. i keep checking and the receptionist repeats i am still on the waiting list and will be called soon. Nothing in over a year.

The appointment was for my mother. She was extremely uncomfortable. The office was not a normal doctors office, it was inside a house. When I asked about this I was told it was so people would feel more comfortable however the decor seemed very barroque and unprofessional. The doctor was seen through a computer which was very strange. My mother is not mentally ill she was just being checked but this place almost drive her to insanity. Just not our cup of tea whatsoever.

The staff is very cold! When I initially setup to go there, that receptionist is not a very nice lady. After I got seen by the Dr. I had to fill out paperwork so they could get in touch with other doctors, I work full time I go to school full time and im also a mom and girlfriend fulltime, I had to actually look in the phone book for my own fax numbesr for them, even tho I gave them their contact information, almost late to pick up my daughter. Than the dr herself, she kept trying to shove medications down my throat except wouldn't prescribe me anything until I had gotten a physical. All I needed was mood stabilizer to make my bipolar just a bit easier to manage with the life I am currently living. Than I accidently missed an appointment, I was able to do anything but sleep, and I called to apologize and to reschedule, see at first the receptionist told me they could see me at 2 days cause of availablitiy. Well when I missed I find out that I cant be seen this week cause shes busy, than the rude receptionist barks down me about missing and as im explaining she tells me they have people waiting and I was like than why did you lie to me when I called and started all this with you, that was my first question! She kept being rude til I finally told her how Offended I was and to remove me from the list!

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I have to seriously question what kind of 'mental health' group does not recognize that people with mental illness sometimes have trouble leaving the house or anxiety around making appointments and don't make allowances for that. If a business offers services to state insured people then they need to realize transportation in the Las Cruces area is limited and also make allowances for that. We were denied help because our car got a flat when I had called twice to let them know what was going on.

I will definitely be returning, and I can’t wait for my next appointment. I know that seeing them will make a huge difference in my recovery. Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually get back to me within the same day. I'm never left waiting for long. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.
