If I could give him a negative I would. RUN AWAY!! He is corrupt and paid for by DCS. I have been reading all the reports of his supposed psychological evaluations and he reports the same answer to every case. He suggest the court to sever and adopt with no actual fair evaluation or explanation as to why. He literally net with me for 20 min did not talk about myself, kids or case in detail and next I know we were done and he was telling dcs to sever immediately. I went and got a second opinion from a legit doctor. Dr.thoma who did an interview 8 hour evaluation and a bonding assessment to disprove dr.thal is corrupt and paid for by dcs. I will be fighting to get his license revoked as he should not be allowed to ruin anymore families.

He is bought and paid for by DCS. He reports to the court whatever they want him to say. Don't be fooled!

He is paid to work for DCS- don't do an evaluation, they will turn against you , when all else fails for them, they will say you are uncapable of taking care of children based on evaluation.

This man claims to be a "REAL DOCTOR" but is nothing but a man that supports DCS and has parents come to his office making them believe that he is for their child and the parents but is FAKE,SHADY,UNPROFESSIONAL, ANS IS ASKING FOR A LAWSUIT.basically go to his dog haired office and take a assessment that wants to know all your business. You then sit in his office and he talks to you about your case just like what DCS does he too writes a evaluation about you that makes you look as if you are mentally crazy if anyone is reading this DO NOT TRUST DR.THAL he to is unprofessional and does not look out for the best of the children and the parents.
