Lisa Stopfel is the best counselor I’ve ever seen. She is thoughtful but direct and holds her clients accountable in a non confrontational way. I have been working with her since 2014 and I can honestly say, she has changed my life. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is ready to be a better you and more content in life.

Was counseled by Lisa Stopful at least 10 years ago. I have been sober for 9 years and received good support through a difficult time. Have recommended her to several friends and she was able to help them as well.

To Jodi from September 2014. You obviously are used to the therapist at the free clinic. I have been receiving treatment from Lisa Stopfel for 3 years and the person you described is NOT Lisa. She knew a trauma I was having in my life a YEAR before I even told her. She is stern but sympathetic. I have recommended her to several people and my Psychiatrist recommends her exclusively. Yes Jodi, and MD, perhaps some meds would help. I can give you his name if you'd like

she is arrogant and opinionated and haughty. She cares more about boasting about her practice and relationships with clients than listening. I would never recommend her
