If I could give less than 1 star I would.

THE ENTIRE OPERATION IS A MESS. You can't get through on the phone most of the time and then when you do they can't help you, and worse, they don't know who handles what responsibility. I have an appoinment issue and they are telling me to call their billing dept !

This is the last place a person should go for treatment. Terrible is an understatement. I was treated like a stick.

This is the most disorganized, singularly unhelpful medical practice I have ever experienced. The lack of phone etiquette and service is baffling and in this digital age the lack of coordination between providers is inexcusable. Took my child in to be evaluated for one condition (which has since been diagnosed closer to what we suspected and child is now receiving appropriate treatment) with the understanding that it frequently has comorbidity with other conditions so we had open minds. Preferred counseling to meds if at all possible and certainly counseling with meds if necessary. I don't know if this was ever noted in the file or not but when we went from the psychologist to the psychiatric NP (not an MD by the way, which is a whole other issue. NP's are a great resource but not for initial diagnosis), the NP had no record of child's previous intake visits, so no test results or clinical notes, and after speaking with child for 25 minutes decided that child had a mood disorder and prescribed medication used to control bipolar symptoms, no mention of counseling or therapy. There wasn't time to speak with me (the parent) so, against my better judgment, we went on our way with script in hand and another med-check appt. for a month. I called a day or two later with questions and didn't receive a call back, called again and never received a call back, waited a week, called again and, you guessed it, no call back. Made an appt. with another provider which has most definitely worked out better. Never started the meds as I just don't feel there was enough information to warrant the prescription and they can be very bad if you're not actually bipolar, I'm not actually opposed to medication, just the unnecessary or wrong medication. So that is our family's experience with this place. I suspect they are better if they have a referral from a school or social services organization or if you are in crisis, but as a privately initiated, non-emergency appointment it's almost as if they don't quite know what to do with you. The staff isn't rude exactly, but they aren't friendly either, which is fine as I'm not there to make friends but if you need empathy or kindness in your dealings with staff, just be aware that you won't get it here.

I'm still upset because of how long they made me wait in the waiting room. I felt like I was in there a week. They are constantly canceling my appointment last minute. They always call me less than an hour before my appointments supposed to start and tell me they won't be able to make it, it's so frustrating. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was horrified at how badly the staff treated patients! It was as if we were inconveniencing them by being on time for an appointment. The should be shut down ASAP!
