We utilized this agency twice. The first time we had a scheduled appointment and NO ONE WAS THERE. They blamed me for not confirming the appointment. The second time, we were with an older woman supervisor who would not shut up about her personal life! I was paying big bucks to spend time with MY children and we could barely speak to each other.
Not to mention the place is filthy dirty, the broken toys are all for toddlers and not one of the board games have all the pieces. Horrible. Trevor is a liar. I caught him in several lies. They have BAD reviews from the BBB. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE!

Having just completed utilizing this service for the last 2 years almost 2 times a week I believe I'm in a great position to review. Almost solely being looked after by Trevor for transitions of my son I can only say that his quality of care and service along with his professionalism was of the highest possible order. Trevor did his utmost to communicate and be a help in sometimes difficult situations and for this and his 5 star consistency over the last 2 years I will always be indebted to Trevor and RCV

I have never been treated so bad and the lies theses people tell run deep... Everything they put on the report to the court was false... We were the petitioning party and the court ordered 3 video taped sessions of our grandchildren... We were trying to terminate the parents rights due to neglect & abandament. When we went in to have our initial meeting with Carol she assured us the sessions would be video taped... Come to find out they don't even have the equipment to video tape there sessions... When I asked Carol about this she became very angry and told me she was going to tell the courts I was being unreasonable and she would have me found in contempt of court... Even the party that was being monitored disagreed with the statements on the paperwork to the courts as well as the way the monitor treated them and the Kids... The office and the kids play area was disgustingly dirty and smells like an ashtray... These people should not be in business or allowed to watch over peoples children... I have never been so dissatisfied with a place of business... I would avoid this place at all cost... Protect yourself and your children and run fast, very fast...

Highly unprofessional. Supervisors are a joke, they have no professional certifications. During a kidnapping scare the supervisor was unable to be contacted (no cell phone - really!). I do not believe this facility has any personnel capable of determining truth from lies and this can place your children in more danger than before.

Loved it! Merry was my friend & I lesrned a lot from her. It was a very positive experience. Carol was a great teacher. I would recommend this agency to anyone who has child custody issues.

This place is the worst. Any positive review has been posted by the owner(s) (REALLY!). My experience with RCVS is that they LIED in court under oath and my legal council proved that to be the case. They disrupted the normal legal process by trying to intervene with the courts and the police in order to protect a convicted sex offender. Stay away from this place at all cost!

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

They have some of the worst prices I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how much I ended up having to pay. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. They are run by obvious meth users and heavy smokers, and everything smells like smoke.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
