I have seen Dr. Kairav Shah and Yesenia and both were fantastic. Very patient and thorough in their care and extremely responsive. I never had an issue with either one and I highly recommend both of them.

Front desk ladies are ok. They sometimes have an attitude and aren't very friendly but they have been helpful when I needed them to be.

The receptionists were so rude, to the point of almost being in tears. Stating things like "this is pointless", and "well, maybe you should find another doctor closer to work" when I was on the phone with them.

Unfortunately, my grandmother recently passed away and I had to cancel an appointment to attend her wake, which meant my prescription was up (not a medicine that can be used abusively and the minimum dose). They refused to call in a refill multiple times because I had not been in to see the doctor, mean while, these medicines cause you to be very sick if you miss a dose. Then you try to schedule an appointment to get this refill, and there aren't any available for months.

I had no problems with the doctor, but for people who are going through something in their life, they do not need the added stress and issues of working with the office staff. I do not recommend!

I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was really difficult to get an appointment with them. I became very frustrated. The biggest problem with this provider is the front desk receptionist (I believe her name is Marianne). She must be the most rude person I have encountered at a doctor's office. My interactions with her over a two year period became so bad, I even had to include her as a topic of stressers in my session. At this point I am seeking another provider. I cannot be treated with disrespect everytime I get a call or walk in the door to the office of PBC. It's not worth the stress.

Yes, they had everything you could possibly need!

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all! The provider was always present and attentive
Was this provider argumentative or easily angered?
Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!
