I saw him for over a year and got NOTHING out of it. Very poor, does not care, seems very board when you are talking to him, he just has better things to do than listen to you and he lets you know it. Appts started late/ended early and he could not be bothered to listen while you are with him. He is manipulative and offers a lot of promises to keep us coming back, but he never delivers. The only message he has to offer is 'Dr. Dennis O'Grady is better than YOU!'

I was shocked when they took a personal phone call right in front of me, in the middle of my appointment. It was so incredibly rude. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
