These people operated the beginning of their career under the guidance of John Clapp--a man banned from practicing in New York. I went to his practice for years when I hit about the age of 30. I was having some problems which would become more serious over time. I always assumed my problems were psychological, but they were not at all psychological. I was tested for Guillain-Barre syndrome a few times with negative results. When I finally tried to find someone who could find out what was wrong, Clapp had tagged me as a moaner-groaner. I've read his records. Finally, in 2011 I was diagnosed with Secondary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis. Years w/o treatment had taken its toll. I accomplished an MCA degree in psychology because I was going to "fix" myself. The joke was on me. I'll just add myself to Clapp's and these people's list of victims.

They never returns calls..

I had some serious concerns and I called three times but I never got a return call from my provider.

Same thing has happened to my daughter.

We both were concerned about suicidal thoughts and the medication we were prescribed. We had to decide on our own what to do about.

They leave you hang-in the wind.

For myself after calling three or so times about my concerns she never scheduled a appointment to talk to me about them and refused to see me.

Dr raucci is great. Timely, kind and helpful. I truly feel like she listens and In the short time each visit she is helpful. Highly recommended.
