Tarrant County Court sent Norman Barry to an innocent intelligent jail detainee whose court-assigned Defense Attorney labelled him IST (Incompetent to Stand Trial) as a weapon to avoid malpractice lawsuits from the detainee. Norman Barry "was RUDE, refused to give his name and business card, did NOT LISTEN, and did NOT CARE in general".

I remember Barry Norman talking with me and my 'husband at the time' …. He was yawning throughout our session and could care less about our situation. All he could talk about was that his wife wanted to raise dogs and be in Santa Fe. He NEVER cared about helping me or the situation. Why he has had a practice this long... I do not know!
