There is no Psychologist on site they are a referral agency and hosing program. The consumer base consist of mentally ill patient that would not be accepted at other responsible agencies. They many deal with landlord of residences that are in violation of city code Depart. of Building codes, and Environmental Codes.... This should be your last choice, actually this agency should be closed my OMH
