All their advice was completely slanted and biased. It seemed like they just wanted to make money instead of giving me advice that would actually help me. My confidentiality was used as toilet paper. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I was lied to. Total lack of professionalism, ethics, and legality--and I am going to be part of the litigation. Wouldn't give it up if I won the lottery. These people (Patricia Murphy, Mike Urban, Melinda Finch Bussa, Mary Bourne Cerra, Michael J Murphy) should be shut down, forced to compensate patients for breaching their confidentiality repeatedly.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My confidentiality was breached by Melinda Bussa, Patricia Murphy, Mike Urban, and Mike Murphy

They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They barely acknowledged me and rushed me in and out of the office. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They covered up, made excuses for unauthorized breaches of information, and refused to even waiver my copays for violations of mental health ethics, laws, and the professionalism expected of competent experts. I recently found out I can seek monetary compensation and plan to do so. They took advantage of me and inflicted emotional stress and refused to deal with that secretary that gave out patient information. Then they lied until confronted with evidence that the psychologists themselves had also breached confidentiality and kept my own information from me, which they can not legally do. I am working with a lawyer to be compensated appropriately. That place should be shut down until a full investigation is completed and those therapists be held accountable. They have malpractice insurance to pay what is owed to patients for the mistakes made by their staff, as well as by the unprofessional "professionals."

I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. It is impossible to get an appointment at their office. They are always booked and have a long waiting list. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I had to look for a long time before I finally found their qualifications. They need to make them more obvious. My privacy was destroy by their unethical procedures. They claimed their office help had NOT been trained to respect confidentiality and protect patient information. Patricia Murphy, Michael Murphy, Michael Urban, Melinda Bussa, Mary Bourne Cerra ignore mental heath laws and do as they please. They are currently facing litigation for their unprofessional behavior. Melinda Bussa worked there for 18 months and during those 18 months, Patricia Murphy admitted she had not been properly trained, Melinda Bussa is being sued by 7 former patients.
