I wouldn't recommend them to others. I didn't have a good experience.I think the staff is very unprofessional and rude. The office never returns calls. Dr Rowles should be reported to the AMA or to the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation. All Dr Rowles does is prescribe medication without ever really even evaluating the patient. From my experience he is just a legal DRUG DEALER getting a kick back from the drug companies. If you have a problem McGrath Clinic is not the place to go, they will only make your problem worse they are not concerned about helping you!!!!

When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. It was really difficult to get an appointment with them, and then when you did have an appointment say at 2:00 you'd be lucky if ypu got in by 4:00 or 5:00. They would constantly call to reschedule appointments, sometimes 20 min before, but they would charge you if you didn't cancel with in 24hrs. I became very frustrated. If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever.

Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.
