They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Have to remind the councilor constantly what has happened at prior appts. One parent calls and then they call and say we need a emergency appt only to find out that they didn't get the details as to why the parent called saying a emergency appt is needed. Need to do a better job of follow through and get details before trying to setup a appt so they can get more money.

Not only did they not rush my appointment, they even let me talk past my scheduled appointment time to make sure I was able to say everything I needed. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
