I think that the review questions were ridiculous!! The Dr we seen at Lifespan didn't stink. didn't take long to see us & the atmosphere was comfortable & inviting. Your survey questions should deal with the actual mannerisms of the Dr & not how they smell or how many magazines were in the waiting room. My personal experience with the Dr was great.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Yes everything was neat and sterile
