I would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone in need of a true professional for family
counseling. She was very personable, understanding, and helpful with all of my family issues. She went above and beyond to help my daughter and I in a time when we needed someone the most. She worked tirelessly even after she went home from the office to help me overcome the most difficult situation I have ever been faced with. I have such great gratitude for everything she has done to help us. If you choose her to help with your family issues you will not regret it! She is the best!

One star only because there is nothing less. This is by far the most unethical person in the business. She is a bully and uses such tactics. Borderline extortion. Never has this person had the best interest of the child in mind, she is only out to fatten her pockets. She doesn’t even deserve the title Dr. I am going to find an attorney that will take a case against her, she deserves her license revoked and to reimburse the hundreds and thousands she has collected.

Leanne is by far one of the best doctors in the Treasure Coast area. She is personable, down to earth, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable in her field of study. She is well versed in all areas of mental health and more. Her approach with things never ceases to amaze me. She is always willing to help you explore things at your level of comfort and pace. Her variety of techniques with children of all ages, is extraordinary; as well as adults, both young and old. She is patient, genuine, loves what she does, and her work exhibits these qualities and more. Life is not easy. Raising tiny humans in today's society with the added stressors of blended families, bullying, politics, violence, etcetera, is even harder; however, Leanne Smith can help you to make it easier and even surpass your own expectations.

I recommended Dr. LeAnne Smith to a friend of mine, as I have many times. My friend alerted me to some reviews that have been written about Dr. Smith, I felt am compelled to write an honest and more accurate review.
I have known Dr. Smith for over 6 years. She was counciling my young daughter who we had recently adopted. After a few years, my husband and I found we too, needed some help as well. I have never, ever, once found Dr. Smith to be unprofessional. She has been there for me and my family more times then I can count. Once I had to contact her on a holiday. I did not go through a call service, wondering and waiting to see if my call would be returned. Not only did Dr. Smith answer the phone herself, but assured me it was Ok, and I did the right thing by calling her and not waiting. Dr. Smith went above and beyond when she called me back several hours later to check on the situation. She took time away from her family on a holiday and did not charge me a penny for the phone consultation! Dedicated YES.
IF Dr. Smith was arrested, and may I add its the first I have heard about it. Obviously it has nothing to do with her practice. I was there less then a week ago. It has not stopped her from being the best Psychologist my daughter has seen. We had taken our daughter to 6 other therapist before we found Dr. Smith. If it wasn't for Dr. LeAnne Smith, I have no idea where we would be today. My child is still in therapy and most likely will be for many years to come due to the enviroment she was exposed to before she came into our lives. I honestly cannot and will not believe some of the postings about her. Honestly, I believe the negitive comments are all writen by ONE unstable individual. I say this, because the comments in NO WAY reflect the professional, dedicated, sympathic, kind hearted person I have known for over 6 years! Its my opinion, the author of the nasty reviews, is in need of professional help!
If you are seeking a therapist, ignore some of those reviews and see for yourself what a differance she can make in your life.

i never thought I would need " someone to talk to " but when I was at a point in my life that I didn't think I could handle it alone anymore I asked around and Dr Leanne Smiths name came up over and over ! Dr Smith guided me through a horrible time in my life with support, an open ear, without judgement, a sense of humor , and great advice !
I will forever bed grateful to her !
