This doctor listened to me and made sure of everything he was writing down. Very empathetic to sensitive topics. Puts you down on paper in a way that you knew, but didn't know, how to say and very accurately.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
