My appointment canceled 02/22/2018 due to weather. Have tried contacting this office since 830 this morning (02/23/2018) no answer, left several messages, no call back. I have prescriptions that have to be written and I am out. This is not how to treat patients that are committed to their mental health. Shame on this clinic, medical doctors and the staff

My husband has bipolar disease and we have signed forms on file for the doctor's office to talk to me about his condition. For over a week, I have been trying to talk to someone about how I can help to avert a manic episode. I have not received a call back despite being in tears one time when I called, BEGGING someone to call me back another time. Now, my husband is almost in a full blown manic episode!! Thanks for the help, Dr. Hennessee!!

The office was really nice and Dr. Hennessee was very nice and he took his time to talk to me. I also saw KC and he is very nice and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. The building is nice, restrooms were clean. The only negative is the front office staff. The one girl that works up front is not vey friendly. My Overall experience is a positive one. I see him again next month.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times.
