Their phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

They weren't affordable at all. I practically went broke after just one appointment. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. She should have her license revoked before anyone else is hurt by her.
