First of all I would like to say that guy who answer the phone was very,very RUDE I heard the way he talks on the phone. If you're on this type of business you want to make sure that you show compassion to your clients and make them feel that you care about them. I DO NOT WANT TO GO TO THIS PROVIDER ANYMORE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AT ALL.......
