Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early, and they're still ready to see me. It was really easy for me to get an appointment with them. I didn’t have to wait long. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
