This is just my opinion based on comments from fiends and family who have been there. Others may have a different view. Staff tends to be impersonal, cold, and, at times, condescending. I think that these people remain in business because of political connections and court mandated work rather than because of quality of services and decent treatment of clients. Also, they unconscionably price gouge. If you are ordered to go, you have to go. Otherwise, you might want to think about going somewhere else.

I highly recommmend Feinberg and Associates. If you go there, ask for Pat. I've been very happy with my time spent there.

Our family attended as part of a custodial evaluation. I am a licensed counselor so I was wary to partipate in the experience. The staff were courteous and thorough by use of interviews, assessments and behavior observations. While it was very pricey (and the money for a custodial evaluation had to be paid up front), they provided a very detailed report of their findings. You get what you pay for in this instance. I would recommend them.
