Trying to get established with great therapist like I had back in my home state. Was able to scratch this guy off my list quickly. Cant stand a psychologist that will talk and tell stories about themselves meanwhile charging you by the minute! Uncomfortable and out of date is how I would describe the office environment and Mr Crahghead

As a marriage counselor, he gets to the root of the problem quickly. He's not looking for a long, drawn out treatment plan, he's looking for results. He's not for the easily offended though, expect brutal truth from him and he expects brutal truth from you. He will not hesitate to call a spade a spade so be prepared. He saved my marriage and we would not have made it through our issues without him. Love this man!

1 star for his ability to sort through and articululate a problem, but severely lacks a skill set for resolution. And effforts towards resolution are superficial at best. The marrige counseling was expensive and things got worse instead of better. Moved on to find counseling that helped to get us on the right track and the chance to re-connect & restore our marriage Just wanted to save others the precious time and money!

SAVE YOU MONEY! My wife and I moved to Austin 2 years ago and had been seeing an excellent counselor in our former hometown state. Upon the recommendation of a business associate we had a few sessions with John C and it created more division and upset in our marriage. He is incredibly unprofessional and leaked information to my partner along with other unsolicited opinions. After creating dissension we thankfully moved and discovered an excellent marriage counselor in Austin that brings us together by uniting our strengths while still working on our weaknesses. Beware, this therapist is an very expensive train wreck
