I have never in my life dealt with a human being as grotesque and reprehensible as Becky Cheresnick. If I could give her zero stars, I would. She is an arrogant, cruel, unprofessional, condescending disgrace for a therapist. If you're feeling badly about yourself prior to visiting this woman, prepare to look for the nearest ledge to jump off of after you see her. I agree that some people need a good kick in the butt and will probably hear some things about themselves they might not enjoy hearing. But I DO NOT feel a person should be berated, humiliated and publically scorned in front of others. I realize all therapists have a different approach but Becky's is not an approach, it's abuse. She should have her license stripped from her immediately. When people come to you looking for help, cruelty is not what they're seeking. And at some point this despicable woman is going to upset the wrong person and cause what therapists should be trying to prevent, if she hasn't already. Shame on you.

I saw Becky over 10 years ago when I was a teen and very depressed. I truly credit her for saving my life and turning it around. I remember an instant connection with her after visiting a terrible psychologist initially. She referred me to a very competent prescriber and taking medication along with weekly (later bi-weekly) therapy was the best thing. I remember feeling like Becky understood me. I learned about depression and was later able to stop therapy and recognize when I was slipping again, and am now able to turn things around myself-- this is the goal of therapy.

I am very fortunate and grateful to be a client of Becky Cheresnick! She is always friendly and very professional each visit. During my sessions, Mrs. Cheresnick is easy to talk to concerning my personal issues/problems and has given me sound advice. I have followed through with her suggestions and have had many positive outcomes. She gives me appropriate feedback and the determination to continue my struggles to help me achieve my goals towards a healthy mind and body. Thank you God for Becky Cheresnick …she truly cares for her patients!

Becky helped me so much. I did not always like what she had to say, but it was what I needed to hear. She really put things into perspective for me. Finally, a therapist that does more than just sit there and agree with you! Someone who actually helped me discover and solve my problems!

Ms. Cheresnick is incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible, reckless and dangerous. She should find another profession before she harms someone.

Run for your life... is all I can say. She is the absolute worst therapist. Has no respect for her clients or their concerns. You will leave in a worse state than what you were when you got there. Seriously, go to someone else, she's not worth it.

I was in a lot of emotional pain during my visit that I feel could have definitely been avoided if she had been more Capable. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. I barely spent any time in the waiting room. I was seen very quickly. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that could help with my situation and she actually made it worse! I have since found a fantastic therapist who has helped me through my issues without berating me on a regular basis. I felt as though every time I walked into that office I was abused. None of her advice was good and her approach was not one of an individual that wants to help people but that wants to feel better than the people walking in her door. She should NOT be in the field and god help the people that are seeking help from her, they should take her license
