I have dealt with Sylvia Ladigan in the past. She is very untrustworthy . She violated the HIPPA law, also overcharged my son for services..Flat out lied in his medical records. We will have to now seek legal advice to have the misinformation removed. Very shady. I would not recommend this DR. or the facility to anyone.

Mixed feelings. Scheduling can be a challenge...it can take up to 3 months to get your first appointment. I felt like my prescription refills were being printed off before I even walked into my provider's office, before there was even a discussion about how my medications were working. I was once taken off an anti depressant cold turkey...this should NEVER be advised by any medical professional. On the other hand, I was given free medication I could not afford when i did not have insurance, i felt like my provider listened to me and $50 out of pocket is a good deal.

Rude, incompetent, nasty, misinformed, it is a Medicare prescription mill. I was not listened to, interrupted, overruled, and insulted. When I became angry about this treatment at my interview, they threatened to call the police. The "therapist" did not even give me her name. Am pursuing all avenues to get this place shut down.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent

They would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them
