Did not receive a referral to a different therapist or agency after ending therapy abruptly without warning. Paid for services that were supposed to be reimbursed by this office due to total insurance coverage that was never received. Did not return calls about the money owed. Unethical treatment in this persons opinion. Bad therapy.

Appointment times are set on the hour but don't get seen until 20 minutes to half an hour past. A typical therapy appointment is to last 40 to 50 minutes. This is not the experience I have received. It is difficult to impossible to get appointments scheduled week to week so if this is something you need, I wouldn't recommend it. Also, emails are not answered.

Every time I go, they always remember me and go out of their way to make me feel important. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. They could use a few more magazines however having a book selection is great! I may come in pain but I leave feeling better.
