I called them to schedule an appointment and was told they needed a referral from my dr's office. My dr sent the referral and over a week later, they call to inform me they aren't accepting new patients. They have wasted my time. When someone is reaching out for help, you don't sit on your butt and ignore them! Shame on you Appalachian Counseling and you're supposed to be helping people! Instead you just make me feel like my problems really don't matter.
