God awful, can't even tell you the things I went through there.
The only good thing about the place was the food. You were not allowed to have any clothing with personality or listen to any form of music. If you spoke out you were placed in isolation for hours on end. The lack of personal hygiene products allowed was a joke. The use of "hands on" was a a daily occurrence, although this was not a hands in facility. I was taken off all medications and was told I was faking all my issues. This place caused a lot of trauma and I'm glad it's closed

You receive no help here. Looking back nearly 7 years later it was an abusive toxic inhuman cornucopia of abuse. Do not take your family members here.

Not at all. They ignored my questions

Very, they contradicted everything I said and became very angry

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No. I wasn't listened to at all!

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Did this psychologist ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
No, they've never taken personal calls with me
Did this provider ever postpone your appointment?
All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment
Would you refer this provider to a family or friend?
No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. people really need to research the truth about this company, there are several complaints and investigations going on with this company and it has a long history of lawsuits settled for almost 20 years.... i didnt learn of any of thisuntil after i had placed my child there. i put my child there asking for help and instead got attacked , belittled and told everything was my fault and they also tried to lead mychild who the only parent she has that is active and caring with her to turn on me therefore leaving her with noone but them.... it was almost cultish to me . be careful please to all looking into this program, they came across sweet and nice to me at first until we got there. they said all the right things and the place was gorgeous but looks arent everything ,

be prepared...your in a hard time and looking for help. you will walk into the intake and be asked questions ...no matter your answer... you are wrong. you were set up! so that you can be broken down and attacked as a parent., desperate for help from a professional. the founder he has a god complex
when i asked to be listened to and treated with respect he ended the meeting, much as a child would have. he didnt like to feel challenged. He got up and waked out ...and his staff members followed
this was one of the most bizarre experiences I have ever had.
maybe it works for some... but i fear how they must break down the "child" to gain some control.
