Dr. Olson totally disregarded my concerns regarding symptoms that have significantly changed my day to day living. I had to be the one to offer ideas for subsequent referrals and his staff has consistently been rude to me every time I call or visit. This provider does not care. If your case is not straight forward, Dr. Olson is not interested in helping you explore the cause.

Facing neurological issues is scarey, but Dr. Olson and his staff make you feel right at home. Dr. Olson is the MOST THOROUGH doctor I ever encountered. He wants to make sure he investigates every possibility that may be causing your issues. Dr. Olson immediately knew what SupraNuclearPalsy which my mom was diagnosed with at Mayo Clinic. I knew then I was in the right place. One more major compliment goes the staff. It never ceases to amaze me that Dr. Olson's nurse remembers me and what we talked about about months before. Nothing like that Personal Attention from Dr. Olson and his staff. Thank you.

Dr. Olson was excellent, I was in an Auto accident and was referred to him. I cam into the office scared to death and he knew that. He came into the exam room and assured me he would do all that he could to help me. I have been treating with him for several years and I am still a patient. The reason the wait times are kind of long, if you have ever been in his office the place is always packed. Which tells you what? The man knows exactly what he is doing. If he didn't he would not have a long wait or endless clients waiting to see him. You do the math. He is a great fine Doctor and a tremendous asset to his field. It was a long recovery for me, and I could not have done it without his help.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend them to people I know.
He is the first neurologist in town that I feel gave me a thorough exam.
