Excellent caring staff. Services are making a very positive difference in my physical and work/life status. Well kept and well run facility. Acupuncture, reiki, massage are reducing stress and back pain. Great professionals.

I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Its very clean and the staff is very attentive and always seems to be in a great mood.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love effects that Reiki has had on my life and physical pain.
