They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
My daughter is really afraid of the dentists, I visited many offices and this one is the best.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I would NEVER recommend anyone to take their child to this doctor. He is RUDE, Disrespectful, Talks down to clients, and Over charges for everything. Due to my family not having the TOP of the line insurance per his words “we should be grateful he is even doing the work on our child”. When going into the office Dr. Thome sells you this dream that your child needs this special medicine which can prevent them form relating the procedure with the dentist office. It is suppose to make them forget what took place during the procedure. False! My daughter remembered everything. First being she was strapped to a chair, with a heavy cover over her throughout the entire time. Please note before the procedure Dr. Thome and his staff tells you that “oh we put a little blanket over them to avoid the child from getting cold”. Not true. If this medicine is to sedation her why would you need to strap a child into a chair? On top of that the “wonderful” Dr. Thome charged me for the same procedure that was done in our primary dentist office. An in additional the office staff gives a million excuses as to why an error occurred, which they wait a month to advise you of that. Please as a mother of two children take my word, this is not the dentist for your family. DO NOT put your child or children through what our family had to go through. This has been a horrible experience that was PROVIDED by Dr. David Thome and his office staff!
